Since 1974, ATOM has continued to offer quality training to all licensed law enforcement in Minnesota and surrounding states. As an Agency member, your officers receive a reduced tuition on any of the courses offered. “Agency” membership in ATOM allows us to offer these courses as an affordable rate.
