Mike Ardolf
ATOM’s Hall of Fame began many years ago and continues to this day. We are proud to announce that Mike Ardolf is this year’s Hall of Fame Recipient. He will be recognized publically at a later time, as our Spring Conference has been cancelled at this time. Here is a LIST of past recipients…Mike is in good company!
Mike Ardolf is an icon of professional standards in police training for Minnesota. Ardolf has been a role-model police instructor for over two decades. In his time with the Saint Paul Police Department, the BCA, A&S Training (Mission Critical Concepts), and now Rasmussen College, Ardolf has trained over 16,000 law enforcement officers in the upper Midwest.
Ardolf values integrity, ingenuity, excellence, and partnerships. As the Law Enforcement Coordinator for Rasmussen College, he is constantly striving to improve the Skills program by investing in the instructors and students. Ardolf has opened the doors at Rasmussen to all LE agencies to enhance the training of police officers across MN. Ardolf strives to develop new or improve existing training methodologies.
Ardolf selflessly shares his new/improved methodologies with his LE partners far and wide. Ardolf is a humble leader with a positive vision for law enforcement training in MN. Ardolf has striven ardently to enhance and support law enforcement training in MN whether as an officer with SPPD, an agent with BCA, or Director at Rasmussen. Regardless if you are a new instructor or seasoned veteran, look to Ardolf to set the standard as a LE instructor in MN.
